According to the deadlines indicated at the time of the order, and in our various terms of use, the package arrives in 48 to 72 hours, and yours arrived on Wednesday at the relay point, so on J+2 (48h), the deadlines were therefore respected.
Express delivery applies to the carrier mode "Chronopost" and "Eurocoop" when they deliver in your department.

Hello, sorry for the wait, however your order was initially pending a product, the collector gasket being on order. As specified in the quote we sent you, we received the collector gasket between early and mid-April, specifically on 10/04. We sent the order directly upon receipt of the gasket, which is why the order was received around 13/04 (the package being sent on Friday, it arrives on Monday). Sorry for the wait but we had informed you before taking your order.
