Hello, first of all I'm sorry to hear that the seal is not the right one.
- You ordered on October 15th via COLISSIMO (so 2-3 days delivery) and were delivered on October 17th (so 48 hours, as expected). The express delivery is colissimo, here is the tracking of your package just in case: https://www.laposte.fr/outils/suivre-vos-envois?code=9V35144247813.
- In your return email, you tell us that the mistake is yours, you did not consult our teams for a quote and you ordered this part alone. So the mistake is not ours, we have a sales team available from 8am to 12pm and from 2pm to 6pm from Monday to Friday to assist you when purchasing your parts. Sorry to hear that the seal is not the right one again, but you ordered alone on the website, which justifies the non-acceptance of your return by our teams.
