I don't think it's right to have to pay for a part to be sent back by post, when the initial error originated with you. When we go to your site: search results for MD11C, we find an exhaust hose ref 16007 that doesn't fit this engine. In a previous order, the part numbers had been checked by one of your operators. However, it seems that when I phoned to check this time, the operator simply went to your MD11C site, which in fact contains an error. For the record, the return shipment cost me 6.70 euros.

Hello, we're sorry for the inconvenience, but hose 16007 is used for a certain assembly on MD11s with a rather rare exhaust system. In fact, you didn't have to pay the return shipping costs, as the mistake was ours. We refunded the costs.
