The good reviews are far too good, even misleading, compared to the real effectiveness of the product and the services offered by daphbio. I had to pay additional delivery charges that were not foreseen at the reception. And I had to fight for 1 week with UPS to get my parcel back (it was supposed to be delivered in 48h...). Don't waste your time with Daphbio, they won't do you any good.

Excellent! I even got a great "bonus". I phoned before ordering, not really knowing what would be best in my specific case. And the order was seriously modified and more economical! Now I'm following the protocol to the letter, and as I continue my research on serious websites and ask questions, it turns out that this organic method is the only really viable one. Expensive commercial products are mostly marketing. This is science, by a biologist who's an expert in the field. And very nice!

Had a few issues with UPS not ringing the doorbell, so delivery was delayed over a weekend, but the daphnia and visible microfauna arrived alive and are doing great!

Bonjour ,i've been using daphbio for 15 days now, and the aquarium is clear again, but the plants are starting to get damaged!! and small algae are appearing on the large plastic rock!! do you have a solution to this problem?
