Super serious and very professional company and top products

The shipment was very fast and the contents were well protected. As the aquarium is not yet in use, I cannot yet comment on the products.

Very good product but the UPS transport in my area does not work well at all since the delivery should have been made in 48 hours and it took almost a week I made a claim informing the delay and the company Ups answered me in a few days saying that the product was delivered on 13/11/23 and it is not true it was delivered on 16/11/23.

Order arrived very quickly and conformed to my request. Thank you

Strangely enough, the anti-cyano bacteria product I received was not as effective as before, when the cyano bacteria disappeared in 4 days. Now, not only does it remain, but it's starting to thrive again.

Parcel not delivered to home. Obliged to pick it up at a relay point despite the extra cost for home delivery.

We did a good cleaning on the cyanobacteria and treated it with the daphbio pack and so far it's working.

The anti-cyano product had no effect, even when the protocol was extended longer than expected (my aquarium is only 100L). The other 'bactofresh' bottle seems to have boosted plant growth. Not knowing exactly what's in it, it's hard to say if it's related or just a coincidence. Very disappointed considering the price!

I followed the instructions for multiplication and nothing all. All dead. Hoping the company will do something.
