Unfortunately, I found that the article did not quite match the presentation photo that prompted me to make this purchase. To return it, I would have had to do so at my own expense, and unfortunately, I could not afford that.
For your information, when a product has a defect or there is an error in the order (size, color, model...), the return shipping costs as well as the sending of a new item are fully covered by our services.
However, when the item is compliant but does not meet expectations, the law states that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
I had it delivered to Switzerland. It was quick, the downside was the state of the package with several holes and wet.
We are however sorry to hear that your package arrived in poor condition.
On our side, we pay special attention to the protection of items (internal packaging + shipping bag). If the package is damaged during transport, please do not hesitate to take photos upon receipt and to make a reservation with the carrier to report the incident and facilitate the opening of a claim.
