The complaint I have again is that DE BUYER is not very customer-friendly when purchasing a product worth 400 € or more, the least they could do would be to include a cleaning box in the shipment... When you buy a handbag of value, often the leatherworker GIVES a cleaning product... Not very customer-friendly... I have purchased over 3000 € worth of cooking equipment from Cuivre inox and never received a commercial gesture from DE BUYER
