Ordering things was OK. The major problem: I have not seen the return/refund options/policy. I have contacted your customer support and got a link to the page in French with instructions on how to fill out the form (French only) and that I need to send things back and that you refund only for unused items. This was not a problem in my case, but far away from my experience with Amazon. Where all this is much more convenient. On top of it, I need to pay transport costs on my own and still do not have any reply from your customer service :(

Fast shipping, well-packaged parcel and perfect products. The only downside is the delivery by DPD: too wide and not respected time slots, I had to go pick up the heavy and bulky package myself at a relay (I had to go there twice because the first time it wasn't there)

Sauteuse...24 cm very nice item ...but disappointed because the bottom does not measure 24 cm ..since the pan is flared the 24 cm is at the top . It changes everything . and too expensive to return . Best regards.

Easy to order and reasonably fast delivery. Overall, a quick, competent, and good process. Unfortunately, one star less because the packaging for a heavy pan was somewhat inadequate. The handle slightly protruded from the package and was slightly damaged. A separate wrapping at the end of the handle would have been very helpful. Otherwise, 5 stars and I would gladly order again.

It's French, it's made in the Vosges, it's good, it's not my first pots that I buy, but a small downside, I think you shouldn't buy steel for the hair because it rusts a lot when put in the dishwasher. It's better to take aluminum to have several models. That's it, nothing serious, but if I had known, as the other would say...
