Very good little blini pan. I bought it to make my breakfast egg and it makes a delicious fried egg with a thick white. I have several de Buyer pans and I'm very happy with them. From time to time, you need to run a little oil into the pan and then wipe off the excess oil with a paper towel. In fact, these stoves can get rust stains if you don't look after them properly. If you only maintain them from time to time with a little oil (e.g. olive oil), De Buyer frying pans are indestructible, and the food you fry in them is delicious...

Excellent experience and fast delivery. I ordered a Sauteuse en acier MINERAL B PRO 28 cm Excellent purchase, I'm very satisfied, my utensil totally meets my expectations. Very sturdy, fast cooking, I was able to test it with sautéed rice for example and nothing stuck. The pan is sturdy, the grip is good and it works the forearm.
