The product is good. However, 4 small rings with a diameter of 7.5 cm were in a huge package. Therefore, I would not order again for sustainability reasons.

Shipping with DPD is a disaster. The parcel hasn't arrived and I don't know where it is. I was at home at the specified delivery time. Parcel was not delivered. The specified parcel store was closed for 5 days, so it can't have been dropped off there on 3.1.
Very good equipment, wide selection, but the shipping costs are rather high (10 euros for a grid).

How can I leave a review with so little experience of the equipment??? if not, it's a beautiful frying pan and stewpot. my downside is the products, whether or not they're available on the site, it's not easy to get everything together! there's always a few things missing and at €10 shipping costs! I'll buy the rest elsewhere!

We do our best to keep our stock up to date, but it can happen that certain products are temporarily sold out, and with the approach of the festive season, this becomes even more frequent.
We have opted for a system of fixed shipping costs, irrespective of the weight and volume of the parcel sent. Without this system, shipping costs could be higher depending on the weight and volume of the products ordered. What's more, we offer free shipping on orders over €100.

The site is complicated, doesn't work well (connection problems with constant errors) and I had to repeat several times and at different times to finalize my order, it's too complex! Otherwise, the products are very good and I'm very satisfied with my various pans in particular.
The square pie ring is listed as size 20x20 in the drop-down menu on the right-hand side of the product and is actually only 17.5x17.5 in the more precise description. This is slightly misleading... although it will still be used and kept.
The pot is great, like everything else I've bought from De Buyer. On the other hand, ordering on the website is a real pain! It's riddled with bugs, I had to change browsers several times, copy/paste urls directly to avoid error pages, and then be greeted by a pop-up to validate that I'm not a robot... you'd expect a warmer welcome from a commercial site.

I am satisfied with the roasting result. However, I do have handling problems: The pan is heavy. When I try to pour out the contents, I can't hold the pan with one hand. The handle is too thin for this. Either an ergonomic handle or an additional handle on the other side would be needed. I would not order this pan again. Unfortunately.

The 32cm frying pan is not compatible with the 32cm lid... No message or alert mentions this non-compatibility. A heresy considering the price of the set!

Hello, I'm not particularly satisfied with the purchase of this frying pan, even though I know the brand to be a guarantee of quality. I bought an extreme shock frying pan for optimum durability, but after 4 uses I noticed scratches and also a tear in the coating. I'm very disappointed, especially as I was very careful to wash it by hand, store it in its cover and not to use stainless steel or other tools.
Lack of finish, sharp handle rings (had to be deburred to avoid any cuts), the edge of the 2 stoves had suffered knocks. Handles conduct too much heat, protection mandatory. Nothing to do with my old "Priority" series, which was top-notch. I would have preferred less luxurious packaging and better pans. Very poor value for money. Sincerely, Dominique MARTIN

The product was not available at the "reseller" location: the list is therefore not up to date. The delivery time was very long: even if you are warned, it's a shame not to plan for a peak in activity at a key sales period. And what can I say about the packaging? The cardboard box was more than excessively large, and the product packaging far too modest for its price (a simple net)!

The center area of the pan does not heat up the way the outer parts of the pan heat up... so the pancake/crepe sticks and doesn't cook. It may be defective. We are still trying to do more oil treatments and heating the pan to create the solid covering - but no progress with the middle few centimeters of the pan.
