For the seriousness of the site and the seller, it's impeccable. The sensas boots are superb. They don't fit the instep, but I think they should fit normally. I don't do returns out of respect for our planet. So it's at my expense and I'm retired and alone. But I insist, the sensas boots for 50€ are great, very beautiful and the site is very serious.
