Nothing to say, I received my order. Customer service was responsive, there was a problem with payment by gift card but everything was sorted out quickly thanks to customer service. Otherwise, plenty of choice for beginners or not, whatever the fishing technique. A good address for anglers. I obviously recommend it.

On the other hand, the one time I had a problem with my order (it arrived over a month late and my boilies were scattered in the box...), customer service ignored me and didn't reply, despite my e-mail. As a result, I have to admit that I only order from Deconinck because of the great prices, not because of the customer service, which unfortunately isn't up to scratch.
