I have not yet received my Order which was registered on 23/05 and I am replying to this inquiry on 11/06.

The parcel was well received, but there was a bag of flour in the box.

I didn't receive any email to tell me that my order had arrived.

I am still waiting for my package. There is no proper email communication with notifications informing YOU of the status of the package.

My coli was crushed, a plastic bag of white breadcrumbs was punctured, I lost at least 1kg and a flat float fold was broken. Next time I'll be careful with the choice of carrier. Mondial Relay not reliable.
