It's a shame that the packaging wasn't more careful; I expected to receive this lovely plush toy at least in a gift-ready box and not in such ordinary plastic. The plush toy is delightful and meets my expectations.

I've never seen so much kindness in an organization, and I take my hat off to Déglingos, whom I contacted after my daughter lost her 46cm Kezakos cuddly toy, which was nowhere to be found. They kindly offered to send me their latest one for display, and I can't thank them enough! They made my daughter very happy, and with incredible kindness!
