The prices are excessive compared to the quality. However, the responsiveness regarding a delivery error is appreciated.
Good products but I had an incorrect item delivered. Ordered a keyring and got a pacifier holder instead.
Fast shipping but the bag arrived stained... too bad to have to wash it when it's new.

Quality of the cuddly toy, nothing to say, but disappointed with the packaging at the price of the cuddly toy, it would be nice to have a nice box rather than a white bubble envelope. For a gift it's average.
Package reinforced by post because of tear
The parcel had to be resealed by the post office because it was not closed properly.
Quality product but poor delivery, the package arrived damaged and had to be repackaged by La Poste.
Condition of box very limited and half open
Greater product diversity would be appreciated.
We received the wrong parcel, but sav responded very quickly to our return (-24h). However, we were asked to send the parcel back and we would like to keep it as a gesture of goodwill so that we can give it as a gift this weekend, otherwise we won't get any presents.
As it was a gift I had chosen the option of adding a small card with a message, on arrival no card.
When I placed my order, I asked for it to be delivered to a relay point so that I wouldn't be absent (the babysitter doesn't take packages), but the UPS driver came to my house, no doubt, but he didn't ring the intercom and I found the package squashed in my mailbox the next morning.
Disappointed because I thought it was a product made in France, including manufacturing. But there's only the design. That's partly why I ordered it :/
Normally I'm delighted (although I'm disappointed to see a company from Nantes with labels "made in China"), but I received a Spéculos spiral, a brand new product, which literally reeks of mold! Impossible to give this to my son. I've contacted the brand in 3 different ways, but so far there's been no response. I think and hope that the problem will be solved 🙂
Problem when ordering difficulty in selecting the place of delivery (relay point chosen and in the end the order arrives at home!!!)
Great difficulty navigating. Network or connection problem but the problem persisted on the computer and on the phone. Order took a long time to place.
I ordered 2 photo albums (the crocodile and the wolf). I find them really nice, funny and of good quality if I hadn't had a problem with one of them. On the wolf album, the red fabric rubbed off on the plastic and when I inserted my photos, all the photos have a red "filter"... really not great. I sent an e-mail to the after-sales service and got no reply. So in the end I'm only half-satisfied. No more internet orders in any case.
The box was damaged as well as the packaging. Otherwise, the plush is nice and corresponds to expectations.
Although our Déglingos collection is great, it does have its faults. On the website, when I bought 2 Mistinguettes, the photos showed a flashy eye contour. When we received them, we had the feeling that something was wrong... Finally, we can only deplore the fact that, given the positioning and therefore the prices charged, the production site is not in France. We're paying more for the concept than for the product itself.
