Hello Christiane,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are delighted to hear that you are satisfied with your product! However, we regret that the delivery experience did not meet your expectations. Although the transport is handled by an external provider, we are sorry to learn that the package arrived damaged. Regarding the one-week delay, we would like to clarify that it includes a public holiday, which may have slightly slowed down the usual delivery process of the carrier. We do our best to ensure that your orders arrive as quickly as possible despite the uncertainties of the schedule :)
