I am more than dissatisfied. I think it's a steal. 160 € for the bouquet it is not worth it. In the future I will never go through your site. I dare not even imagine your standard bouquets. Your prestige bouquet is a scam

Indeed the florist did not respect the budget allocated and delivered a wreath closer to the visual,
We are proceeding with the refund of a value of 60.00€, corresponding to this difference.

I was very disappointed with the quality of the flowers in the arrangement that was sent. for 90 euro i expected something more like the picture that was posted on the web site.

We noted that you were disappointed with the service of our florist who is nevertheless an excellent florist.

We have just contacted her manager who begs you to accept her apologies, she was absent for family reasons on the day of delivery and the bouquet was made by her employee.

Easy to place an order. Was able to add a message too! The flowers were delivered on the day and time frame I chose and the flowers were beautiful! I’d definitely recommend Des Fleurs comme j’aime!!

The flowers were beautiful and as I expected but I took the "grave delivery" option for a fee for nothing as the flowers were delivered under a shed at the entrance to the cemetery. And I didn't get any message. I had to call you.

The option "delivery on grave" with a supplement of 5.00€ is obligatory for all the deliveries in the cemeteries (Without what the florists refuse these deliveries with which there are many litigations such as flights of the parts of flowers, times of research important etc...), if the flowers were given to the guard it is because you had not specified the place within the cemetery.
