Received mail for an order received on May 1st, received on 2/05!!!
Is far from matching the catalogue picture !!!
I was very disappointed with the quality of the flowers in the arrangement that was sent. for 90 euro i expected something more like the picture that was posted on the web site.
We noted that you were disappointed with the service of our florist who is nevertheless an excellent florist.
We have just contacted her manager who begs you to accept her apologies, she was absent for family reasons on the day of delivery and the bouquet was made by her employee.
In order to be nice to you, she will contact your brother and deliver him a compensation bouquet.

The flowers were beautiful and as I expected but I took the "grave delivery" option for a fee for nothing as the flowers were delivered under a shed at the entrance to the cemetery. And I didn't get any message. I had to call you.

I gave 3 stars for the customer service which is top notch but disappointed with the florist. Delivery in the afternoon instead of the morning and fir branches replaced by ferns. Surprised to not have a fir tree in this season!

Delivery requested in the morning but made at 1:30 pm. The recipient was going to be away. The bouquet delivered did not correspond to the one shown on the photo. Hello, Order received as expected. But disappointed because the peonies were red while my order "peony dreams" was: "A delicate and refined composition in a mixture of pink and white which marries peonies and roses". Photo to support if you want the bouquet sent. It's a shame.

I was disappointed by the difference of the actual product and the picture - I can understand it could be due supply of seasonal flowers, however, almost every single choice of flower is different. And most importantly, the final combination looks much worse than the photo. The two stars is for the prompt confirmation and calling receive before delivery.

The BOUQUET ORDERED WAS MUCH MORE HARMONIOUS THAN WHAT WAS DELIVERED AND THAT IS VERY REGRETTABLE. I DID NOT APPRECIATE THE BAD TASTE OF THE PERSON WHO COMPOSED IT
Didn't get delivered at the requested time...well worth the choice...instead of 8-9am.we got delivered around 2:45pm!!!
I was not informed of the delivery. Too bad, I have to assume that the flowers were left at the cemetery. A text message to tell me that the delivery had been made would have reassured me. That's why I only gave it 2 stars

Flowers a little too open
I would have appreciated receiving a photograph of the flowers that were delivered (I indicated that I would not be present at this funeral).
The website should make it clearer for your staff and florists to understand the difference between the senders / billing details and the details of the recipient of the flowers. I got multiple emails sent to me in Australia then my relative who owns the house had to be contacted and do a followup to check on the progress of the flowers. However, the flowers that eventually got to my sister were beautiful and as pictured on the website so thank you for that.

A mistake was made about the delivery date, and the surprise was destroyed for the recipients. Also, I paid for a "large" bouquet, which in my mind would include at least two dozen roses, and from the photo I saw, it looked smaller than I would have imagined a "small" bouquet to be. Perhaps in the description of the different sizes of bouquets, reference should be made to the number of roses, so as to avoid disappointments like mine.
We are sorry that you were not entirely satisfied, but there was no error in the date, in fact you initially asked for delivery on Friday 31/05 after midday, indicating that you should contact the recipient to find out if he or she wished to receive the flowers on Saturday morning, which is what our florist did by arranging with the recipient.
As far as the number of flowers in a bouquet is concerned, as all the online flower sales sites state, it is impossible to give a number of flowers in relation to the size of the bouquet, firstly because the price of flowers varies every day depending on the market, and secondly, with the same number of flowers, depending on the craftsman who assembles the bouquet, the final visual may be totally different in terms of volume depending on the way he works.

The bouquet was presented on the scheduled date is 24/04 in the morning, in the absence of the unreachable recipient on the phone that was shown to us, a notice was passed and you were infomed by mail. The bouquet was released in the afternoon. Unfortunately, we can not deliver if the recipient is absent and does not answer the phone. cordially
The chosen bouquet was never delivered. A replacement bouquet was sent 3 days later. But it was originally a surprise for a birthday party that was completely missed
