I am happy with the order and the product. However, I think the delivery process could be reconsidered. The delivery was for an elderly person who cannot carry parcels due to medical reasons. The parcel was left next to the front door, even though I had left a request with the delivery provider asking for help to carry it into the home. I would have been happy to pay extra for this service, but unfortunately, this was not an option. I was also wondering why next-day delivery was not available for this order, as this is quite common now. I had to wait almost a week for the delivery. In conclusion, I am happy with the product, but I think the delivery service is something that could be improved.

The receipt of my advance payment was booked too late. I couldn't get a clear picture from your homepage about it. I didn't find a hotline. The shipment of protective pants was delayed as a result. The result was unnecessary worry and a delayed delivery.
Instead of 2-3 working days, I waited 3 weeks and had to assume that my order had gone wrong, even though the money had already been withdrawn. No one responded to my email.
