The service from Germany Incontinence is excellent – you can feel that the staff is fully focused on customer care, at least that's how I see it. During my last order, I noticed that it took 24 hours for my transfer to be confirmed. However, this delay cannot be blamed on the staff of Germany Incontinence – perhaps my bank just executed the transfer to your bank with a delay. For the next order, I will make the payment in such a way that it is immediate – within 10 seconds… In conclusion, I would like to say that I am very, very satisfied with your company. As a customer, I feel well taken care of from the order to the delivery. Thank you for your work.
