For the visual inspection of the product, it was necessary to take the product out of the plastic bag. I am curious whether my renewed request for a return label will now be met or if it will continue to be ignored. I would advise against purchasing from this retailer.

I ordered incontinence diapers from Germany for the umpteenth time and I am very satisfied. Fast shipping, but unfortunately the delivery took over a week because the package got stuck at DHL and it took a few days before it was transported further. The ordered items, Tena Slip Active Fit Ultima Medium and Tena Slip Active Fit Maxi Medium, are great and I also find the prices good. 👍🏻 It's not so easy to find Tena Slip Active Fit diapers at these prices; they are usually more expensive everywhere. I will definitely order from Germany Incontinence again.
