Delivery took 14 days. 2-3 days delivery time was indicated. When inquiring about where the shipment was, you are only reassured with 'shipped'. That was the last time I ordered there.
I have been waiting for my order for 3 weeks, still have not received it.
Order was not delivered. Seller does not respond to emails.
The delivered 'Rectangular Insert mini' do not have an adhesive strip for securing the insert. The inserts I have previously bought locally from the same brand with the same designation always had an adhesive strip. My complaint was rejected, stating that this is standard for the product. The item description lacks the note that it is not the goods available in Germany.
Based on my experiences, it is better not to order here and to orient oneself in the field of competitors. The excuses experienced and the cheap attempts at apology gave me the impression that the dealer lacks the necessary awareness that they sell incontinence aids. I had the impression that the dealer was completely indifferent to what they were dealing with. People who order these goods are necessarily dependent on participating in daily life, which seems to be of no concern to the dealer. 17.04.23 Ordered incontinence aids, no delivery until 20.04. Upon inquiry on 20.04, the tracking ID showed no progress in processing since 18.04, and the dealer directly blamed DHL. Instead of researching why the shipment was not processed, I made a clear indication of irregularities in the tracking, but was only placated. On 21.04 still no goods, again blame on DHL. On 22.04 finally an email with the exact Bpost tracking and the address data provided by the dealer, it became clear that the dealer had made very gross mistakes. Important data of the address were missing, existing other data were swapped! A delivery by DHL was not possible. Correcting the delivery data by myself was not possible according to the telephone information from DHL on 22.04.23, this could/must only be done by the sender. On 22.04 renewed written complaint about the delivery delay, again only excuses, phrases of apology, blame on DHL, the made mistake was not addressed, no insight, although it was clear that gross mistakes were made with the customer address. It was assured in writing that the correct data had now been transmitted to DHL. On Monday 24.04.23 DHL made the next attempt to deliver, a renewed delivery was still not possible, apparently another mistake was made by the dealer in trying to correct the error. 24.04.23 DHL now refuses delivery, reason: shipment does not comply with the terms and conditions. The shipment was sent back to the sender by DHL. 25.04 Cancellation of the order by me, delivery delay, undeliverable. Friday 31.04.23 Goods according to tracking arrived back at the recipient, but with the refund, Germany-incontinence is already in delay! Never again!
Very poor customer service, multiple calls!? No one answers the phone, no response to written emails. In a word, not recommended, prefer direct orders from Germany.
Online order on 9.6.22, paid on the same day with PayPal. After 3 weeks nothing happened. PayPal stated that the money had not yet been retrieved. The phone call ended in nothing. The email stated that they would check the process. We then transferred again. After another 6 days, we finally received information about the shipment. The package finally arrived on 16.7.22, 5 weeks after the order!!!! In the meantime, we had to buy locally for our mother because her supplies were exhausted. There will probably be no more orders with this provider.
