It would have all fit in one package. Instead, two packages were sent and so to speak a lot of packaging waste was disposed of. But I am not your trash can.
10 days passed between order and delivery!
Shipping took way too long, I ordered elsewhere later and it was there earlier.

The shipment was not complete; the error was presumably with the carrier (DPD). It took x emails to get things moving and clarify the situation. There were 2 trips necessary to pick up the goods, taking about 1/2 hour, totaling 13 days. It's a shame, the information regarding the transport tracking was actually not bad; but the mistake was presumably with DPD.

The shipping takes a very long time. Although the package leaves your house quickly, the shipping route takes longer than expected. About 1 week. Additionally, the tracking does not provide updates after about 1-2 days, leading to concerns that the package has been lost.
The order has only arrived about 30% by today.

The shipping was fast, but the delivery arrived with a week's delay. I at least do not hoard incontinence materials at home, but order as needed. If the promised delivery date is not met, that is bad. Although the problem was certainly with the transport service provider. In the end, it was still my problem.

Ordering process went smoothly, goods as ordered, but I had to wait 10 days until I received the goods. Therefore, no full rating. Next time I need to consider the delivery time.
I have not yet received my complete already paid delivery despite the delivery note.
The items are satisfactory. The delivery via DPD is not at all. But if the house number is missing, this can only be partially blamed on DPD. With my call on the day of the promised delivery, June 10, to DPD, this could be corrected. However, the tracking leaves much to be desired, on one hand, on the other hand, despite another call on Wednesday, June 11, I was finally able to receive the item, but ONLY on Friday afternoon at the parcel shop. (The tracking provided delayed information and incorrect details, e.g. supposedly a total of 2 unsuccessful delivery attempts, during which I was definitely at home, EXTRA to receive the delivery in a timely manner, or not to miss it. Kind regards.

As you can surely understand, we are not responsible for you forgetting the house number. However, if you inform us in time, we can pass this on to the carrier before delivery (without certainty that the information will actually be forwarded to the carrier).

The delivery with UPS was announced to take over 4 days, but it has been postponed repeatedly. This is unpleasant for someone who is waiting for this specific delivery.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to pay on account.

So far, only one package with 6 packs of diapers has arrived. Why haven't the others come?
Fallen small, too bad
Huge packaging with about 6m of paper for 3 packs of Tena Lady. Box was torn, photos were sent, no reaction. Customer service??? Just a shame, once the box packaging was considered and the complaint was acknowledged. I didn't want to deal with waste disposal. Annoying.
I paid extra for DHL delivery and it was delayed by another delivery service.
The communication is fine but I couldn't choose the shipping option DPD Packstation, even though this option is offered, error on the website. Otherwise, it works perfectly with Deutsche Post.
Despite bulky dimensions, the package is exemplary packaged. When ordering, think about the slightly longer shipping time (about a week). I am very satisfied and will definitely order again.
The invoice had the correct address Starenweg 9, but the house number was missing on the package label. Therefore, the delivery could not be made to my home, although this was confirmed by email. The shipment was then delivered to my daughter at Möschenfelder Straße 63, 2 km away. And I was lied to by the delivery person. Very poor service. Please get your address files in order. Is there compensation for unnecessary waiting time and travel to pick up the packages at the wrong address?
Only three stars because it is not possible to cancel if you made a mistake, even if you contact customer service. Better to charge shipping twice.
Swimsuit too small does not fit. Despite trying on with underwear, exchange is not possible... So paid 120 euros for nothing... never again, supposedly fast delivery and waited 6 days...
The delivery takes way too long. Order on June 4th, delivery on June 12th. The ordered items were available.
Subpar, 2 weeks after the order still nothing, if I hadn't written an email myself and threatened with a complaint, I might not have received anything. They wrote that the delivery was incomplete, but did not contact me themselves. It took almost another week before the delivery was finally sent, then only a partial delivery arrived, the larger part only came after another threat of complaint, over 4 weeks after the order. Never again!!!
I am very satisfied with the product. Price/offer good. I have been using the product for a long time.

At first, it was not clear that the goods come from Belgium. Stated delivery time 48 / 72 hours: actually: 9 days. Arrival here: 20.02. That was annoying because planning was done differently based on your information (travel start).
Incontinence materials should be neutrally packaged!
Unfortunately, and really reluctantly, I can only give three stars and would like to justify this. But first, the positive points are the good prices, the good online presence, and the quick processing of the order and fast delivery. I think that's great and should be positively mentioned. However, I find it unfortunate or annoying when I ask to ship the goods a bit more discreetly, as not everyone needs to know what I order. Actually, you just have to turn the packaging box with the writing once, and then the packaging box looks a bit more neutral at first glance. And I had requested this with my last order because I am not home during the week and this box then stands in front of the door for days. But I believe this can be changed. If this is better, I would gladly give 5 stars.
Unfortunately, the pattern print of the Tena Ultima is not properly centered, which seems to be a quality management issue at Tena, but it still annoys me because I use this product myself and therefore cannot close it evenly. Otherwise, the service and prices are really good and the packaging is top, but please sort this out with Tena, that would be great.
Placing the order went well, only the shipping took too long. Too bad.
