Postage can be reduced by anyone if they consider what they need, i.e., small or larger quantities of the respective product. In the first order, criticism was perfectly implemented in the reorder.

The online order went smoothly and without problems. Unfortunately, the first order could not be delivered because I had entered the name instead of the street in the address input. This caused delays in delivery, as the first order was completely canceled by the company and a new order was placed by me. However, customer service was always very helpful. However, I had to wait quite a long time for the refund of my advance payment on the first order (about 14 days), which is certainly also partly due to the Easter holidays.
