I was very satisfied with Germany-incontinence so far, but not anymore. I canceled my order from June 18 and have not yet received my payment back. The responses to my email are just postponements, saying it will be forwarded to accounting, then accounting is on vacation, and my last inquiry went completely unanswered. This is unacceptable.

Only three stars because it is not possible to cancel if you made a mistake, even if you contact customer service. Better to charge shipping twice.
