The prices and selection are good. The service is actually good, unless you have a holiday. Then it is underground. The payment options need significant improvement. Not feasible for older people and they are ultimately your business.

Hi, This is the second time we purchased from Deutschland Inkontinenz, the prices are very good compared to Ireland. The selection of products and option of discreet packaging is fantastic. The company is excellent, the only issue is the packaging is not strong enough to travel across Europe. The tape becomes slightly undone and one of the boxes was cracked open and you could see the personal products inside. The driver would have got a good look inside, luckily this did not cause embarrassment at home as everyone is aware of the products. I wish the packaging was improved for long distance shipping. Thank you

The delivery was fast, but the delivered device did not work. Several calls to customer service until someone was reached. Service staff could not speak German or English. Had to call several times until someone with German skills was reached. Information: Problem will be forwarded. 4 days later notification that a return label will be issued. Until today (another 2 days have passed) no return label received. No response to emails. I am fed up with incontinence from Germany. I cannot recommend it further.

There was a partial delivery, which was not clearly indicated on the delivery note. It was also not clear when the missing item would be delivered. After inquiries, the item was immediately shipped again without further information on why it was not delivered earlier. At least you can track the status in your account. But also the past and not the timeline of an order (when is what planned).

Hi, I just wanted to let you know that my order no. *** was thrown over a wall at a property 7Km away from us by DPD. The property owner kindly contacted us and my husband collected it. It was correctly addressed with the eircode which can be accessed to identify the exact location, so there is no excuse. I have no issue with your company and otherwise very happy with the purchase.
