Pleasant that there are also sizes available here that are otherwise not obtainable. The goods were delivered in perfect condition and well packaged. However, a slightly longer delivery time should be taken into account - 2-3 days are very optimistically calculated - especially during times of Corona. Otherwise, everything is good and I would gladly order again!

Goods ordered on 03.11 and only received on 11.11. And this despite advertising a 48-hour home delivery. Therefore, shipping took far too long.

Your service is really very good, reliable and punctual. Unfortunately, the product itself has become very defective. The moisture-absorbing fleece tears under the slightest load and clumps under the patient, which is very painful for them. Even with utmost caution, it is very difficult to slide the pad under the person being cared for (bedridden without mobility).

Top service and clear in the order. Diapers were delivered perfectly packaged. Finally, I found someone who offers Tena Pants in XXS. I couldn't find them anywhere else. These pants fit like a glove and nothing leaks out. I ordered them for my 9-year-old daughter.

The shipping costs are a bit too high.

Very unprofessional, I still have not received my order that I placed 6 weeks ago (unfortunately I chose prepayment and transferred the money). Very poor customer service, emails are not answered and they are not reachable by phone. After 4 weeks I received an email that the goods were shipped, unfortunately without a tracking number and thus not traceable!!!! I can only advise => STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER

Discrete packaging could be improved, the tape holding the box together generally is coming undone and corners are torn by the time it arrives. I'm also not sure the air-filled bags inside are helping much, the box is still generally very compressible as they just kinda squish past each other inside. In this case the packaging was so bad my mail carrier had to send it to a special facility for not meeting their requirements, and then I had to chase it for a few weeks to finally get it. Otherwise, products are generally great! No complaints there.
