The delivery has still not arrived despite multiple announcements. I also cannot really determine a reliable arrival date in the shipment tracking.

The shipment was not complete; the error was presumably with the carrier (DPD). It took x emails to get things moving and clarify the situation. There were 2 trips necessary to pick up the goods, taking about 1/2 hour, totaling 13 days. It's a shame, the information regarding the transport tracking was actually not bad; but the mistake was presumably with DPD.

This was not the first order, it always implies satisfaction. Pleasantly, the box size is just right, not filled with huge amounts of paper, that's how it should be. Shipping was fast as before, price-performance ratio OK.

The quality of the Tena Slip Ultima active fit I ordered was poor. For this reason, I also contacted the company Tena and received a replacement.
