This was already my second order. The operation of the webshop is intuitive, the ordering is simple. Inquiries are answered promptly and friendly. Only the shipping needs improvement in my opinion. It only took place on the day the shipment was supposed to arrive. However, with timely ordering, this is not too big of a drawback.

Huge packaging with about 6m of paper for 3 packs of Tena Lady. Box was torn, photos were sent, no reaction. Customer service??? Just a shame, once the box packaging was considered and the complaint was acknowledged. I didn't want to deal with waste disposal. Annoying.
