My request for a return label is being ignored. Instead, it is only pointed out that only unopened packages can be returned. However, the product was never hygienically packaged. For the visual inspection of the product, it was necessary to take the product out of the plastic bag. I am curious whether my renewed request for a return label will now be met or if it will continue to be ignored. I would advise against purchasing from this retailer.
