I ordered incontinence diapers from Germany for the umpteenth time and I am very satisfied. Fast shipping, but unfortunately the delivery took over a week because the package got stuck at DHL and it took a few days before it was transported further. The ordered items, Tena Slip Active Fit Ultima Medium and Tena Slip Active Fit Maxi Medium, are great and I also find the prices good. 👍🏻 It's not so easy to find Tena Slip Active Fit diapers at these prices; they are usually more expensive everywhere. I will definitely order from Germany Incontinence again.

This was not my first order with Germany Incontinence. So far, everything has actually gone smoothly, from ordering to delivery. However, with the order placed just before Christmas, there was a problem for the first time. The reason why the ordered goods did not arrive at the buyer within about 4-8 days or were not delivered has not been clarified for us to this day. Since I complained multiple times to Germany Incontinence as well as to the delivery service, the shipment was eventually delivered to us, the recipient, in mid-January. The reason for the problem and who was to blame could not be clarified by Germany Incontinence either. Ultimately, even after alleged investigations, the error could not be clarified to us, but the ordered goods were eventually delivered.
