Instead of 10 kg, 9.5 kg of Jute arrived. However, the woman called and promised to send the missing 500g of Jute in the next order.

Thank you for your comment. By default, our spools of thread are about 9.5 kg - 10.5 kg. We usually do not sell spools to individuals as they are usually large quantities to avoid these differences. In your next order, we will add those 500 grams, but you can check that both rolls of 10.5 kg and 9.5 kg have the same meters. Jute is a natural fiber that loses weight over time because, let's put it simply, it dries out.

Wonderful, quick, and effective attention. We contacted them during the holidays and, despite that, they responded to our questions. Upon returning, they managed our order and we had it at home in less than 3 days. 100% recommendable. A 10 for the attention from Cindy and Fama. A pleasure to work with them.

I loved the burlap roll I bought, just what I needed and of excellent quality. The service was magnificent, I called by phone because I had a question about the thickness of the fabric and I was very well attended. What they recommended turned out to be of magnificent quality and use. The shipping was very fast and well packaged. I will definitely repeat when I need their product again.

Good shopping experience but the shipping was a bit slow. Everything else was fine.

Translated reviews

Response from Deyute Published on 13/07/2022

Thank you for your comment. We regret that the shipping was slow. Orders leave our facilities within 24 hours and the carrier we work with usually takes 2-3 days to deliver. Sometimes even less. As it is an external service to the company, we cannot control it. However, we will give them a nudge to keep it in mind. Best regards.

I am happy with everything, treatment, speed and prices, but I would ask that the photos be of better quality, because on the web the fabric looked denser and in reality the bags have a more open and thick weave and do not serve for what I needed.
