Regarding the refund, we do not understand your comment: no form was requested from you and the transaction was initiated as soon as your package was received in our warehouse. Once validated by us, the time it takes to appear in your account depends solely on the interbank delays of your own institution, which we have no control over.

I ordered a Bosch battery frame for my mountain bike. The phone exchanges were cordial and the shipping was quick and careful. Upon receiving the battery, it was manufactured on 02/26/2023. That's more than 3 years before its delivery... the seller tells me that it doesn't matter, but if I want a refund, I have to return it at my expense... I feel like I'm emptying the stocks at a good price. Too bad.
