Despite my numerous emails sent, I have received no response regarding the diagnostic report from 03/04/2025, which is completely erroneous. Following my various observations, the technician concluded that he had made an error and that my battery had lost 50% of its autonomy, which is entirely different from the report stating: charge and discharge voltage: 0 and that the battery pack was out of service!.......................

I received my engine, but I am not at all happy with the purchasing process on the site. Indeed, when I visit the site and find the model, a price appears to me. But as soon as I confirm my purchase, a different, higher price is then offered to me, and then as soon as I finish the transaction before paying, the price increases again without any explanation. Moreover, I sent a message to Pierre Hallard, customer service: "It's a bit strange because you tell me that I see the tax-excluded price, which is actually displayed including tax! By the way, now it is no longer at €832.50 but at €869.96. I don't really understand, but it does seem a bit like false advertising, doesn't it?" And he replied to me: Hello, Honestly, I couldn't tell you. From my side, the price of this engine has not changed for over 3 months; it is displayed at €999 including tax on our site.
