Hello, We ordered on April 13, 2025, with an UPS Express option for 18 euros for delivery within 24 hours (guaranteed time). The delivery took place on Monday, April 28, which is 14 days late, well after the expected birthday date. No commercial gesture noted!!! We are therefore very disappointed with our Drawin Kids experience.

I received the table with the pencil pot underneath all broken, the wood is crumbling, it's dangerous, the contour of the pencil pot is also damaged. I'm disappointed given the price of the table, I sent an email to be able to find a solution with the after-sales service, I'm waiting for their reply.

Unfortunately, the central part of the table is more fragile, as it sometimes suffers shocks during transport, despite the care taken with our double packaging.

Great product, the table was immediately adopted by our 2 year old son, delivered on time and very easy to assemble! We're delighted!
The 16kg table and stools that I had to pick up even though delivery was scheduled... the delivery man never tried to stop by, he dropped everything off 35mn walk from our house instead!
