Dear Tara, I'm sorry to hear that you can't get your hair to detangle with the spray. You are right, some hair textures are easier to work with than others. Let me make a few recommendations that will make this treatment more effective. If your hair is that tangled, go in stages with strands of hair. Spray from a distance of about 20 cm, distribute the product with your fingers or with a dense, soft bristle brush to make sure it covers the entire hair, then comb through. By having the product well distributed, normally the hair is prepared for the comb not to catch on it. I hope you get better results with these tips 😉
