Rather long delivery time, possibly due to the pandemic. Good communication, delivery as agreed, simple and customer-oriented administration. Reasonable prices, delivery included. Occasionally some difficulty in knowing which language to communicate in, so set the language (French or German) from the start.

Very good product Only the delivery is a problem Delivery in 1 week fine . But delivery times are too long between 9:00 and 17:00, so you have to take the whole day off to receive the parcel. (Normatrans) otherwise perfect.

Hello, easy to use site, great choice and efficient customer service. Delivery time a little long due to a problem at the factory, I'm a little behind schedule on my site.

The caterpillars are waiting to be fitted, so it's difficult to give an overall assessment of the service. But I'm satisfied with the site.
