Perfect service, gladly again

I was adeebit the VAT twice, the one in the country of purchase and the one in the country of delivery, and when I wrote to EagleTrak for VAT recovery, no one heard back. I will never order from this company again.

What happiness, ultra fast shipping, perfect packaging and TOP product and price!

Received the wrong size tracks, the site indicated 1 model whereas there were 3 models. Company very difficult to contact except by e message and answer us when they want, for the moment I still have the pair of tracks wrong dimensions.

Equipment still on pallet and not yet unpacked, but otherwise nothing to complain about. Order and delivery without a hitch.

Very good overall, the only downside was not knowing the availability of the product. Otherwise I received the caterpillars very quickly despite being in Corsica. I highly recommend it!

Delivery time not met about 2 weeks waiting for a track. Admittedly, the mini-excavator is a 2002 model. But it still works well. I would have liked to have at least the information on the delay. Thank you. The track seems to be of good quality.

Rather long delivery time, possibly due to the pandemic. Good communication, delivery as agreed, simple and customer-oriented administration. Reasonable prices, delivery included. Occasionally some difficulty in knowing which language to communicate in, so set the language (French or German) from the start.

"Excellent Service" very professional answered all my questions and made sure l got the correct size tracks for the excavator. The delivery was very quick and the people at Eagle-Tracks were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this supplier and would use again. I am very pleased with my purchase 🙂
