A long time for delivery
Excellent product and price. 72 hour delivery not achieved resulting in extended down time and delays
Delivery went well, but we have not received an invoice yet and there is no phone contact or responses to emails.
Poor communication due to email issues, delivery was meant to be 4 days max, late delivery as company could not contact me, I received no call, meant I had to go and collect the tracks myself meaning a 2 hour round trip, otherwise I would have lost a weeks work. On a plus side the tracks are of good quality!
My order was perfect, except for the transport which took too long I cancelled it, I had to look for it directly at their depot in saintes to work on my building site knowing that it should be delivered to my home I would have lost an extra day.
Delivery time not met about 2 weeks waiting for a track. Admittedly, the mini-excavator is a 2002 model. But it still works well. I would have liked to have at least the information on the delay. Thank you. The track seems to be of good quality.
