Delivery times too long

Lack of description and ambiguous photos on the products (junction box)

The delivery by Chronopost with a 24-hour delay leads us to give an average rating to the overall service. However, let's note the good responsiveness following this delivery issue.

Not easy to find the desired model. The ability to enter equivalent models with a search engine would be a plus.

26: CRUCIAL description of certain missing items on the presentation pages, you have to dig, and if you find it in evasive tabs or at the bottom of the page to get the TOTAL description, it should be highlighted!

Good communication and order received on time. However, following the purchase of a HIWIN mgn12 rail and block set, I find it regrettable that the assembled set can be placed directly in the box without any protection. It arrived contaminated by packaging particles as well as the cut of the rail. Subsequently, I would prefer that the block not be assembled and the rail protected in packaging to avoid these inconveniences.

The shipping costs are high and the site does not work on the phone

I have already written to you about this, the package was there, the manager did not want to deliver it to me, his scanner is broken!!! He did not want to understand that it was urgent and got angry, so I went to look for a slightly smaller equivalent, 50 km from my home and this colissimo is canceled.

When I entered the reference of what I wanted, there was the photo, I clicked on order but it was not the right one at all. So I ordered another one, and the first one is left on my hands because there is no exchange or return.

I was promised that the equipment would be delivered within 24 hours. This was not the case. I went on vacation and did not receive my equipment.

Very poorly presented website: when ordering the switch, you have to go into the drop-down menu (not very understandable) to understand that the handle must be ordered separately. So when receiving the switch without a handle, you have to make a second order. Useless...

Hello, I was surprised by the shipping costs, delivery in 48h not respected, a big downside on shipping, (other carriers exist dpb, immany, vingeanne transport,...) the more items you add the more you pay, it should have been the opposite in my opinion, so I bought other items from the competition to limit costs... For the rest, 5% discount is not bad for a first order, THANK YOU, too bad for the small customers who will always remain at 5%, but who would have ordered more over time... Product description to review, missing dimension plans, space in the cabinet, type of fixing, din or rail... First order and probably the last... Disappointed with my last purchase

Fast delivery (48h colissimo) which took more than a week to arrive. Very satisfied with the site otherwise, and very efficient customer service.

Product arrived on time but not as ordered and in poor condition. Return made without difficulties.

Package arrived damaged, profile cover missing

The service is average because I had reference errors. Out of 4 40-degree brackets ordered, 2 were 45. I realized this at the client's place during installation. It fits but it's not very aesthetic, and of course the caps didn't fit on top. I also had errors with the screws: one model of screw and another model of nut, no worries I had what I needed in store. Apart from that, the aluminum profile was well packaged and clean.

23 : Order received complete but package in a deplorable state (carton completely torn and wrapped in postal tape to reinforce it). For heavy packages, a reinforced box would be preferable.

I ordered and paid for 45 rail terminals, I only received 43. It's not about the price, but I was short 1 because I actually needed 44.

Attention, the length of the 1-meter rail is not correctly sized with an approximate cut and just against a fixing hole. For precision guidance, we expect better.
