I received a false goods. This has not yet been replaced. I wish that the right goods and the connection plan will be sent to me.
0: The package was not sufficiently protected for transport, the cardboard was crushed. The transformer arrived with the mounting plates bent, it is not yet installed, I don't know if it works.

Colissimo problem: Delivery received by a third person at the pickup point. It was this person who had the mindset to call me and handed me the package!
We were well advised and delivered quickly but it's a shame that the box is a bit big for what we have to put inside. It's also a pity that there isn't a bar provided to properly place the circuit breaker and dimmer. Cable glands provided with the waterproof box would have been nice. These are small things that should have been included in the quote perhaps.
Complete site, regarding delivery, additional protection would have been welcome on the 90x90 aluminum bar. Many impacts on it.
I found the electric motor that matched that of my grinder but it took me a good hour to make sure it was the right one. Indeed, the technical descriptions, notably the summary tables of motors according to their power are classified by references that do not exactly correspond to those of the site’s motor references.

For the order RAS: I did not order the right parts, I sent an email to see if they would take them back: no response.
If the box had been placed the right way, the motor would have arrived in good condition. But now, the cover of the capacitors and the motor terminal is broken.
Order received quickly but the product received does not completely match my order. I had ordered RSR22-25A 380V but I received 220V. The label added by technic-achat clearly states 380V but on the original packaging and on the relay itself, it is marked 220V.
Good site but it's a shame when I order items, the site announces that they are in stock when in reality they are not.
Called to ask for information about the diameter of the shaft and the flange; we were reassured by saying that they both have the measurement we want but when we receive the motor there is nothing good

This is the first time I bought an aluminum profile and choosing the products was complicated among several ranges. It's a shame there isn't an option to be guided when selecting a specific profile regarding the products in that range. However, customer service reacted immediately to my mistakes and offered to correct the order, which is really great. A few mistakes were made that I could rectify like a pro. I still managed to complete my installation, which is the main thing.
Delivery problem. I'm still waiting for it. Maybe tomorrow.

5: In my case, the product range changed but the description on the site did not. I received a mix of old/new range and of course the new range is incompatible with my auxiliary contacts, should I throw them away? Additionally, 15 days wait to receive my order, a bit long.
42: I had a lot of difficulties placing my order and ended up calling assistance twice. This site seems to have some issues. I chose a product based on the photo representing it, without reading the description. The photo shows all the elements of the range side by side, whereas they must be ordered separately. On another site, you can order the equivalent of the Technic-Achat photo, all elements, in smaller quantities, as part of a single order. I contacted Technic-Achat, where the welcome is friendly and courteous, but sorry, it was my first and last order.
Good purchase and good company, but very very bad transport
As I mentioned to the company, ordering a 12.5µF capacitor and receiving at the end of the order seeing 'permanent capacitor 450V 12.5μF 8052654' and below: 'Capacitance capacitor: 12μF' is quite confusing. I had to ask for confirmation by email before agreeing to place the order. This point should be corrected so that customers have, as it is said everywhere now: 'a better experience' on the site. Aside from this downside, the site is quite well designed.

Fast shipping
Hello, parts and Technic-Achat welcome, nothing to complain about. But regarding the shipping, it was supposed to be 48 hours (business days). I ordered on Friday, January 14, and received my order on January 21 with shipping costs of €9. Best regards.
