Paying for delivery 18 hours at your place more expensive than the product and it arrives three days later, that is 72 hours

Hello, Order placed urgently as a private individual because I did not have time to go through accounting to get the SIRET... When I place the order, the initially proposed fast deadlines (1 PM - 6 PM) are no longer available without explanation (due to distance, because I am ordering as a private individual?). 48-hour deadline announced absolutely not respected. Order placed on Friday 4/06 at 5:49 PM. Received on Thursday 10/06 at 10 AM (and I had to go pick it up at Chrono post under the threat of taking 24 more hours because the company's name was not on the package). Products conform to expectations, but the service does not keep its commitments, so no, I do not recommend.
The delivery did not match the order. Motor 2800rpm instead of 1500 with mounting bracket and legs while I had ordered with legs. The product was returned and I am now waiting for the new delivery of a conforming product.
