1 month, and at least 10 calls to receive my order in full! The communication between the order preparers, logistics, and the carrier needs to be reviewed. I asked for a commercial gesture on my next order (knowing that I need other profiles), the answer was: 'NO'. Incredible not to want to retain a customer, I will make my next orders elsewhere despite the quality of the delivered product!!!

Well documented technically, delivery time of 1 month, way too long.
T-bolts are not suitable for the 40 x 40 aluminum profile with an 8 slot, their bases are too thick and require adaptation, which is a waste of time. It is still a pity that these nuts are not universal and are only adaptable to the profile of a specific manufacturer... but that's how it is and we deal with it....

The site is well stocked with interesting products. However, the ordering method is archaic with products on the left and codes to report on the right to get the right reference. With the advances in e-commerce and UX design, I can only advise Technic Achat to change webmaster... Two orders and an error each time: there must be a problem in the stock shelving. I first ordered a fixed 32A socket and received a mobile one. I ordered a mobile one (32 A mono) a second time and received a fixed one... so I'm doing quite well 😉

At the last minute, delivery delay announced (several days) on the order acknowledgment, this for products that I had taken care to check were in stock, for the specified quantities, just before placing the order. I deduce that at Technic-Achat, stock management is not the most rigorous.
