Order placed on 31/10. On 02/11 at 15:26, I received an email informing me that my order has been shipped. Bravo! On 07/11 in the afternoon, worried about not having received anything, I called customer service who informed me that my order had still not been shipped... Apparently, it will be done by the end of the afternoon, GEODIS called me around 21:00 to inform me that it was being processed by them. Luckily I called!!!

It was stated that the ordered equipment was out of stock at the time of the order, obviously to get it faster I had to pay for a higher model. Disappointed

14: The combination of motor and frequency inverter is a good idea. Both are of very good quality and work as they should. However, the user manual for the inverter is a disaster. Translated from Chinese into a sort of English, it contains numerous spelling and expression mistakes. Most of the information remains incomprehensible. The terms used are not explained. Most of the 100 pages with parameter coding are also not understandable. The numbering system for the different types does not correspond to the numbers found on the device. Thus, one cannot identify their equipment. I think the product deserves a bit of care for a simple, clear, and understandable description in French or English. Fred Casadei

Very fragile cardboard package, delivered completely open, very poorly tied originally. No news about the order for 10 days, had to call to know the delivery time.

Good contacts with the supplier who is responsive, but product packaging not suitable: parts arrived bent, which is problematic for ALU profiles.

Hello, The only downside is regarding the transport, I find the transport costs not competitive compared to the delivery times..
