Site not very user-friendly.

Too bad the manual for the variator is in English a French version would be welcome

Item received quickly but 10 euros for shipping for an item at 20 euros, that's a lot.

After several orders, disappointed by this order, deadline not respected

Delivery too long, ordered Thursday evening. Delivery on Tuesday noon

The company itself, nothing to say, but as long as they continue to work with the carrier Henri DUCROS, I will NOT order AGAIN!!!! 15 days delay with equipment waiting on the dock, a carrier who (supposedly) passes but leaves no notice of passage, then a delivery promised before noon: total 3:30 PM! my day ruined. NEVER DUCROS again, not serious.

Overall satisfied even if, regularly, small logistics problems disturb the smooth running of orders. Preparation times are also a bit long. But in any case, the customer service is quick and efficient.

- high shipping costs - little product renewal, especially in the IMO range: in terms of programmable controllers, we are still waiting at Technic Achat for a color HMI 640x480 or 600x800 that wouldn't cost a fortune - same for home automation applications (for now, nothing below 500 euros excluding tax in terms of GSM alarm management via programmable controller) The entry-level IMO controllers are very good for the price, but show their age (high cycle times), the IMO relays with 12 and 24V bases series HY are also very good, but the 64A panel disconnectors with fragile plastic axes lack rigidity and are a bit scary, like almost the entire range of IMO electrical components.. The ABS IP66 enclosures from IMO are interesting for their compactness and their steel backplate, but the large models break at the first shock, so: enclosures impossible to use in harsh environments, I had to revert to SPIELBERG enclosures in polycarbonate IP66.
