You can really only judge a service when issues arise. Especially if the issue is the customer, so me... Yes yes I am the issue, I made a mistake in my order. After quickly reporting my error everything was resolved. The order was modified, and it arrived. We now have 2 nice pairs of new skis that we can't wait to inaugurate.

The package was lost by GLS and for a few days it was unknown where it was. I asked Easy-Gliss after three days of silence from GLS and a visit to their local branch to intervene to find out where the package had gone, but there was no response from Easy-Gliss. The package then arrived. It was properly packaged and the purchased product (ski boots) was OK.

Skis conforming to the order. Small downside once the order was placed, no online information on the departure of the order. I had to call after a week. Once handed over to the carrier, you can track it via the carrier, too bad!

Well, the skis were in good condition but they could have not been because they were packed in a simple cardboard box without any protection. The box was bent at the top but fortunately the skis were smaller than the box. The delivery person did not know it was fragile. Too bad... That said, the product is OK. Unknown binding brand.
