Delivery took quite long but overall it's ok

Delivery a bit long. I had to call customer service to get news about the shipment.
Skis arrived without edges and without imprint, adjustment done in a rough manner. Absolutely not ready to use. If I had gone to the store, I would have spent the same amount.
Satisfied with the purchase, the price, and the packaging. Too bad the guaranteed delivery in max 48/72h took much longer.
I have to mention and adapt my note to the very unpleasant delivery experience I had until the end. Last-minute cancellation after monopolizing an entire day... Twice. False promise of delivery on a Saturday, while GLS does not work on Saturdays. Final delivery at a relay point, no notification, I discover by myself that the package seems to be delivered, I call for confirmation and they give me a code, they explain that I just need to retrieve the package, on site no code, request for identification. No dialogue between the driver and GLS services, services that are equivalent to a wall in terms of communication. But for Easy Gliss, the product is fine, the package was a bit damaged, fortunately not the shoes, some plastic packages were already opened... I hope nothing is missing. And on the phone, the person who tried to help me with the delivery issues was very friendly despite the impossibility of getting GLS to react.
5 stars for the material and customer relationship, 1 star for the delivery: Delivery before the requested date. Date on which I was not available. Delivery to a pickup point without prior agreement, 10km from my home and where I do not have transportation.
I placed an order,send a email 14 after 8 days,1 item not in stock. U send me that you send both items the next week. Got one item nie and waiting for a refund from the second because its not available
Well, the skis were in good condition but they could have not been because they were packed in a simple cardboard box without any protection. The box was bent at the top but fortunately the skis were smaller than the box. The delivery person did not know it was fragile. Too bad... That said, the product is OK. Unknown binding brand.
To my surprise, the ski boot unfortunately did not have grip walk. Therefore, it does not fit my binding.
Paid return is a shame, especially for the price of the product and the multiple differences between ski shoe brands.
It took a very long time for the goods to be shipped despite immediate payment receipt.
My order was blocked for several days without any communication, there was missing information that was not mandatory to notify for the order. Without calling on my part, worrying about not having any news, I can't say how long I would have waited. However, the rest went very well and the order was prepared/delivered in 48 hours.
Delivery was fast, process simple. Unfortunately description is not correct. In Data Sheet it is written, that visor is Photocromic, but it is not. Delivered visor is category 2
A bit disappointed with the communication from the delivery service. The order was delayed... it happens. But I never received a response to my follow-ups. It's a shame.

Good customer service, but very slow delivery (10 days), which does not match the indications on the site/product. In these times, it's Amazon that sets the standard to follow in terms of delivery.
I received my skis within a reasonable timeframe. My only comment is about the bindings: they're positioned at the limit of my boot size. I think they could have been positioned so the measurement I provided was in the center. I hope I don't have any problems if I ever change boots and the base is larger.

The 48-hour deadline was not met. Order placed on Saturday arrived on Thursday. Order was taken late. Had to call customer service.
I received my order very quickly. However, the skis delivered do not match those in the photo in the catalog! Disappointment and another negative point is that the delivery person left the skis in front of our door without notifying us, luckily there were no thieves!!!

Great, everything went well except when the delivery person left the package in front of the door and we found it in the evening in front of our house… Luckily no one took it!
Delivery by GLS is always to be avoided, this delivery company is unbearable and respects nothing. The delivery person passes in front of the address and does not stop to drop off the damaged box at the relay point leaving a message: in your absence... Unacceptable procedure
Fast delivery. Good price. just disappointed to see 2 small scratches (1 on the sole and 1 on the tip) and some small stains on new skis. Nothing very serious but I expected skis without any marks

Deadline not met. Order on 15/01 delivered on 22/01 very far from the announced deadlines. Very disappointed.
No user manual for the shoe. It was by trying other models at Decathlon that the saleswoman showed me on their shoes that we could enlarge the straps by turning them. Paid return while many sites operate with free returns. If delivery and return were free, I would have recommended another pair of shoes until I found the right one. But I am not going to pay the transport costs back and forth for each shoe ordered. So I will already stop after one try. Too bad

Delivery and order OK But I thought the length of the poles would correspond to a length greater than mine in the end same length The return policy is too complicated and discouraging: print a withdrawal form, fill it out and manage to send it all back by post with a long package....I gave up and I keep the poles as duplicates too bad. I will not place an order on this site because of this

Lack of clarity on the products... I bought Hero A15 and I receive A17 informing me that they are the same!!!!
Ordering the skis was easy and they are well packaged and installed. However, the delivery time was much longer than expected and the final cost was higher due to import costs. International import costs were not estimated or mentioned during the purchasing process. If this was mentioned, it was not clear to me. This makes me doubt that I will use Easy-Gliss again.
