I placed the order on 28/11/25 and was told it would arrive on 4/12/25. When the date arrived and I had not received it, I wrote them an email and that same day they replied and started processing the order. Finally, it arrived on 9/12/25. The Lange ski boots arrived in perfect condition. Very satisfied with the product. I would buy from them again.
