I like the navigation on the site, I like the products offered that I often compare with stores of the same type. For these shoes, there was a small financial advantage to go through you at the moment. For the delivery, at first, I was a bit angry with the delivery company because my partner and I waited all day taking turns and saw nothing arrive. At 6 PM, their customer service told us that the package had returned to the depot to be delivered only on Monday the 28th. Then suddenly, around 8 PM, the delivery person called me to say he was arriving. So, when he told me the conditions under which his deliveries had taken place on Friday the 25th, it saddened me. It often brings us back to the sometimes difficult working conditions of certain professions. Nevertheless, we would have liked to have some information during the day about the possibly delayed delivery time, which would have allowed us to manage our Friday rather than waiting blocked all day.
