Very poor customer listening, no service my package was delivered to the wrong relay and in another village after contacting them they explained to me that it was not serious I just had to go pick it up I would have at least liked an apology and some listening site to avoid
I ordered skis on this site on 11/12/2021. It is now 18/01/2022 and I still have not received my skis. I have made numerous complaints to customer service without any response from them.
Ski boots in miserable condition! This is neither nice to look at nor safe! I will NEVER order again and hope to receive a full refund! Return shipping must be PAID by ME. Also, the wrong size was delivered. NEVER AGAIN!
Problem with bindings and after-sales service is clearing customs while the skis have not been used
It seems that you ordered alpine skis to use with hiking ski boots, which does not work. Our after-sales service explained this to you by phone.
We cannot take back the skis that have been drilled according to your indications, as stated when you placed your order.

Received more than 10 days after the order (despite the additional delays from Black Friday) no one answers the phone, email exchanges are barely friendly. The only solution found when I expressed my dissatisfaction (it was for a birthday) was the cancellation of the order. I specify that the order was shipped 1 week after payment. And if you don't contact them, no one warns you. Black Friday being every year, why not organize in advance like many other shops of the same kind... this was my first order, there won't be a second! I couldn't give the gift on time!

Very poor quality order! Snowboard received in very bad condition as if it had already been used and then resold as new (this is not due to delivery) the edges are worn, scratched.

Order placed on October 12, delivery on October 19 (for a product available and deliverable within 3 days)
Your package left our facility on October 13 and was presented for the first time on October 16, but the medical house was closed when the delivery person came by, so your package was presented again on Monday, October 19.

Very disappointed because already when I ordered everything was in stock and in the end to send me an email 3 days later to tell me that the ski poles are no longer in stock, it was for a birthday, so not cool, and then the carrier a disaster DPD not serious

I bought ski pants from Easy-gliss. The item shipped did not match the item ordered. Not having seen it, I skied with it before realizing and trying to exchange it for the original size. After returning the package, easy-gliss refused it because the pants had been worn (I didn't notice it right away) and it had been returned late (indeed, I ordered the pants 1 week before my ski week, and returned it 3 weeks after its reception). Unfortunately, my regret is that we could not find an arrangement. The proposal from customer service was that I keep the pants in the wrong size, without compensation, despite the fact that the initial error was not my fault. Indeed, I could have checked the size upon receipt of the item but I did not do it.
Indeed you returned the pants but it has probably been worn for more than 1 day as it showed numerous scratches on the bottom of the legs likely due to edge hits.
The pants were returned late and very damaged so unfortunately we cannot proceed with an exchange.

Used product as expected. The site indicates that everything is verified. The left front binding does not work. Impossible to tighten the strap on the foot. Impossible to use in its current state without changing the strap, if possible see the bindings... I sent a request that went unanswered.
They do not commercially consider a warranty that has expired by a few days.
Furthermore, we are resellers subject to the rules of our suppliers like all our competitors.
